Sitemap BSB Education Fear Not Patient Earth Search India is a country full of potential. With a better education system and less corruption India could become number 1 in Asia Germany offers a lot of information on mulch. But mulching is not enough to lower the high emissions from coal fired power plants
Logo of Bear Springs Blossom Nature Conservation, international charitable nonprofit organization providing nature conservation education to all countries on Earth Signature of Bear Springs Blossom Nature Conservation, international charitable nonprofit organization BSB research clearly shows: Using mulch is a good way to secure a healthy food variety to humans, mulching is active nature conservation. Mulch often provides protection against erosion. Life on earth depends on plants, that produce oxygen, provide food. Millions of years earth balanced a natural environment. Global warming endangers human food supplies, water supply. Keep nature beautiful with Nature conservation, reduce air pollution, climate change, increase recycling, ocean conservation, Water conservation, protection of all life, flora + fauna on Earth = human protection, conservation of all water on Earth = human protection, conservation of all soil on Earth = human protection through affordable conservation education online to keep nature beautiful. learn online about nature conservation, how to secure your future, how to stay alive with violent weather, floods, earthquakes storms, about the benefits of recycling. Life on earth depends on plants, that produce oxygen, provide food. Nature conservation keeps Earth beautiful. Earth is endangered by pollution. Polluted air, polluted water, polluted soil, contaminated food endangers life. Humans need Nature conservation to stay healthy, protected from chemical pollution. BSB climate info: Millions of years earth balanced a natural environment, changed earthquake pattern caused by climate change. Online distance learning conservation education. Videos about how to keep earth beautiful - Bear Springs Blossom Nature Conservation. BSB-research shows videos how to keep Nature beautiful + how to secure our future + how to have a better life!

Mulch - Gold for the gardener

Earth needs an environmental balance!
BSB Conservation education online: Using mulch is very important. Without the knowledge how active nature conservation works, without mulching we cannot keep earth beautiful, reduce air pollution, reduce global warming, gain sustainability, secure the future of the next generation. Earth can sustain life, but humans try to un-balance Earth's Nature. Life on earth depends on plants, that produce oxygen. Millions of years earth balanced a natural process of growing and mulching. Mulch fights erosion, mulch lowers soil temperature. Using mulch is natural recycling

Mulching - conservation of soil

Erosion control
Bigger + better plants = more food!
Life on Earth depends on plants + food!
Mulch is like gold in the hands
of every gardener!

Mulching materials

can be organic or inorganic.
Bear Springs Blossom Nature preserve produces its own mulch from chipping overgrowth junipers. Our solution for fighting erosion and bringing back top soil is Mulching.
This was the look of our property, when we bought it - no mulch - high erosion - no soil
This was the look of our property, when we bought it - no mulch - high erosion - no soil
We enrich and protect the ground with juniper mulch, helping provide a better growing environment.
This was the look of our property one year later, after spreading juniper mulch every 3 month in a thin layer - with mulch - low erosion - soil building

Mulching is one of the simplest and most beneficial practices you can use on your property.
There are different kind of mulches: organic or inorganic

Benefits of mulches:

Erosion control
Compaction reduction
Moisture Conservation
Protecting of over heating
Weed protection
Nice to walk on, good smell

Our Juniper mulch also improves the pH of our caliche soils.
Juniper mulch has a pH of 5 while our 'soils" of far above pH 8.
Most plants do not like extremes, so spreading a thin layer of juniper mulch, reduces the pH of our alkaline soil and
helps native plants to grow.

When our mulch slowly decomposes, it provides organic matter. Roots can grow better, more water can be stored and slowly released in the ground, and it helps earthworms and other beneficial soil organisms to balance our environment.

At our Nature Preserve in the Texas Hill County
we bought a road built by Bandera County
This was the look of our property, when we bought it - no mulch - high erosion - no soil, mulching makes soil
This was the look of the road, when we bought it - no mulch - high erosion - dangerous to drive on

Live in Harmony - use mulch to fight erosion, use renewable energy to lower your footprint Butterfly - our butterflies are good indicators how balanced nature is, less butterflies less intact nature, so more nature conservation and education is needed. Mulch to reduce the impact of global warming, all types of pollution, climate change

a chipper shredder is very helpful to produce mulch. Bear Springs Blossom is using a chipper shredder to make mulch out of overgrowth of juniper
Keep Earth Beautiful - learn how to Live in harmony with Nature

Mexico environmental problems include not enough affordable nature conservation education to expand food production Spain offers to little conservation education courses - Indonesia cuts down a lot of tree. Missing nature conservation education leads to deforestation, water contamination, erosion problems because of deforestation, endangering marine life and humans - China has a growing population, more energy, more food, nature conservation education is very low on the to do list - German schools offer conservation education, but a lot of people are too busy to learn new things
